Searching for both livability and functionality leads many people to multifamily homes- allowing city living at a more affordable cost. The following are the top 10 contractors in NYC who have proven their success in multifamily housing.


10. CNY Group

CNY Group is a construction and development firm founded in 2003 by Kenneth M. Colao. The firm specializes in general contracting, construction management, design-assist services, development management services, and advisory services. The CNY Group constructed the Woolworth Residences alongside SLCE Architects. The 110,000 square foot project features a lounge on the 29th floor, a gym on the 30th floor, amenity space in the sublevels, the original restored Woolworth pool, wine storage, and the dramatic Park Place lobby.
