Searching for both livability and functionality leads many people to multifamily homes- allowing city living at a more affordable cost. The following are the top 10 contractors in NYC who have proven their success in multifamily housing.

10. CNY Group

CNY Group is a construction and development firm founded in 2003 by Kenneth M. Colao.
